I've been told the flowers were beautiful and delighted our 97 year old birthday girl ~ More than just a flower delivery, however, Scottsdale Floral is caring and attentive to me, as a customer. Whether it was answering several of my questions, or helping me determine which arrangement would be best this time of year, they were patient and helpful. I'm especially grateful that they contacted me when nobody was home and the delivery couldn't be made (twice!) on the day we scheduled. Knowing it was too hot to leave at the front door, they reached out to me, then waited while I found the best solution - and brought the flowers back the next day at a scheduled time! Beautiful flowers - and amazing service! That's why we go back~

The recipient said the (Premium) bouquet was gorgeous and was overjoyed to receive such beautiful flowers. You made a 96 year old woman very happy! As the customer, I was very happy to have had the opportunity to call directly to the flower shop and ask my questions and discuss what might be used in place of any flowers that were out of season. I am a happy customer! Thank you ~
