Scottsdale Florist - Scottsdale Floral Company

From start to finish I was very pleased.
The flower arrangement was gorgeous.
I will definitely be coming back for further purchases.

Scottsdale Floral Company provided a beautiful arrangement! They took amazing care of the recipient and called me directly to let me know the delivery was completed. Imagine my joy when I began receiving texts from the recipient of their joy in receiving such a beautiful arrangement and the incredible love they felt. 10/10 for Scottsdale Floral Company!

Good choices. Smooth online order process. Timely delivery.

Outstanding service! Delivered right on time for my fiancé's bachelorette. Thank you!

Nicely done! Very beautiful.
Thank you!

The recipient of the Elegant by BloomNation flowers was thrilled with the arrangement. When you are not in the same state and ordering for someone else, it is always an act of faith to place an order from a company that hasn't been recommended to me personally. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the arrangement and will be keeping your company name for future orders. THANK YOU p.s. Whoever wrote the message on the card had beautiful penmanship!

Beautiful arrangement!! Looked exactly like the picture.

Fresh and lovely!

I ordered flowers for a friend and they called to let me know they had to substitute a flower in my arrangement they didn't have.
Very nice to let me know and the flowers were absolutely beautiful!! This is the second time I have ordered flowers and I will be ordering from Scottsdale Floral Company exclusively from now on!

Excellent bouquet from Scottsdale Floral! I ordered delivery for my Mother’s bday. Delivery was fast and easy and the bouquet itself exceeded expectations. Thank you!

Ordered from Oregon and hoped for the best. The recipient sent photos thanking us for a gorgeous bouquet and I was most definitely impressed!

My friend loved the flowers. She is a retired florist and said she never saw such a beautiful bouquet.

We were very happy with the flowers delivered on time but unfortunately you did not have any plush for the baby and also the video message did not work a little bit upset about that.

Florist's Response:

Hello, so sorry that you were not completely satisfied. As we told you in the email we do not carry plush toys, nor do we advertise them. I'm not sure about the video message, I'll ask my web host about that and get back to you.

Thank you for the beautiful arrangement! The service was outstanding from start to finish. I placed my order the night before, and the team was proactive in discussing alternative options when a few flowers were unavailable. The delivery was incredibly fast, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. You truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I was sending flowers to a friend who lives in Scottsdale (a city I don't live in). I tend to check out reviews for local companies. The reviews were good and sure enough, Scottsdale Floral exceeded my expectations! The flowers were promptly delivered with a card. They arrangement looks beautiful based on the pictures my friend shared. Thank you!

Florist's Response:

Thank you so much for the great review! We appreciate it!

I've been told the flowers were beautiful and delighted our 97 year old birthday girl ~ More than just a flower delivery, however, Scottsdale Floral is caring and attentive to me, as a customer. Whether it was answering several of my questions, or helping me determine which arrangement would be best this time of year, they were patient and helpful. I'm especially grateful that they contacted me when nobody was home and the delivery couldn't be made (twice!) on the day we scheduled.
Knowing it was too hot to leave at the front door, they reached out to me, then waited while I found the best solution - and brought the flowers back the next day at a scheduled time! Beautiful flowers - and amazing service! That's why we go back~

Thank you so much!!

Beautiful flowers delivered on time.
I ordered online and was happily surprised at the service.

Sent flowers from out of state to my sister and she loved them. Since I chose the option for the florist to choose the flowers, I would suggest sending a picture of the final arrangement to the buyer. Overall, I would use this florist gain.

Couldn’t deliver the day I requested however great communication about
When they could. Recipient was impressed as was I.

Absolutely amazing experience with this floral company for Mother’s Day! They kept me updated throughout the entire process and even reached out when certain blooms in the arrangement I chose weren’t up to their quality standards. They offered substitutions and gave me the option to approve or decline, which I really appreciated.

Their customer service during delivery was outstanding as well. They were so kind, communicative, and accommodating, especially knowing how difficult it can be coordinating deliveries while people are at work during the day. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my mother received her flowers. 10/10 would recommend!

This is my go to florist - love this Mother's Day arrangement. Always on-time, great website, and prompt email after delivery. Strongly recommend!
