The flowers were beautiful! When they were delivered - the recipient was not home and they were really great about communicating with me as I received a phone call letting me know where the flowers were left. I will definitely use Scottsdale Floral Company again.

I ordered an arrangement online from out-of-state which is usually a risky…adventure! The flowers were for my sister and had to get to the hospital in Scottsdale the same day. Scottsdale Floral Company did an outstanding job! Ordering on the website was easy! A confirmation email was prompt and professional. The flowers arrived that day and were beautiful! I am absolutely DELIGHTED with this florist and will most definitely use them again, and again! Bravo!!

Recap: Cathy called me personally to ask how she could make this right and proceeded to send my mom a beautiful new bouquet! Thank you so much for your wonderful service and next time, I will call first if anything is ever not up to the standards you uphold. Sue I have been very happy with Scottsdale Floral until this last purchase for my mom on Mother’s Day. Her flowers lasted barely 3 days. For the price I paid...I would hope for longer time for her to enjoy them.
