I ordered a sympathy arrangement for my niece’s mother-in- law who recently passed away. I requested more flowers (the deluxe version) to be added and Carol wrote me and said she didn’t like the way some of the flowers looked and she was going to work on it! I was completely impressed and when she sent me a picture of the “new” arrangement I was blown away! It was absolutely gorgeous! She kept me informed of everything going on and that’s why I would definitely do business with Scottsdale Floral Company again! Thank you, Carol….
